Office Manager

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have a fantastic role available with our client, a leading provider of office and industrial refurbishments in London.
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the company and providing support to the team.
- Manage the office space and maintain a strong relationship with the building management team.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance without over complicating matters.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, as well as organising team training and events.
- Manage pre-qualification questionnaires and update the Approved Subcontractor list.
- Support project management activities, such as producing documentation and updating relevant systems.
- Previous experience as an Office Manager in a similar sized company, ideally within the commercial refurbishment and fit-out industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong project management skills, including budget management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as experience with databases/portals.
- Previous experience as an Office Manager in a similar sized company, ideally within the commercial refurbishment and fit-out industry.
