Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new opportunity in Central London? We have a fantastic role available with our client, a leading provider of office and industrial refurbishments in the area.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the office space and maintaining a strong relationship with the building management team. You will also develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance without overcomplicating matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the office space and maintaining a strong relationship with the building management team.
  2. Developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance without overcomplicating matters.
  3. Overseeing the onboarding process for new team members, as well as organizing team training and events.
  4. Managing pre-qualification questionnaires and updating the Approved Subcontractor list.
  5. Supporting project management activities, such as producing documentation and updating relevant systems.

Person Specification:

  1. Previous experience as an Office Manager in a similar-sized company, ideally within the commercial refurbishment and fit-out industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  3. Strong project management skills, including budget management.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as experience with databases/portals.

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, as well as a discretionary bonus and other benefits.
