Mental Health Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Conifer Lodge in Wisbech. As a key member of our waking nights shift, you will provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities or autism spectrum conditions.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Basic knowledge of health and social care principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
Responsibilities:
- Providing daily care and support to service users, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assisting with medication administration, personal care, and mobility needs
- Supporting service users with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing
