Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Conifer Lodge in Wisbech. As a key member of our waking nights shift, you will provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities or autism spectrum conditions.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing daily care and support to service users, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assisting with medication administration, personal care, and mobility needs
- Supporting service users with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of health and social care principles
- Reliable attendance and timekeeping
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
