Role Overview:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to join our team in the Wisbech area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Teach new life skills to promote independence and confidence.
  • Encourage participation in local community activities and social events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on individual progress.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving license and possess experience working with individuals with autism. A resilient and flexible approach is essential, as well as the ability to work within Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
