About the Job:
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Care Specialist to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, enhancing their lives and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times
  • Implement care plans effectively, promoting the highest standard of care for our residents
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Must Have:
  • Proven experience of caring for older people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach

Working Hours and Pay:
This is a Bank position, which means you will work on an as-and-when basis, covering shifts as required by the care home. Your hours and days off will vary, but you can expect to work up to 20 hours per week. We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from £8.72 to £9.24 per hour, depending on experience.
