Care Services Executive

The Cambian Group is seeking a Care Services Executive to lead our Specialist Mental Health Service in Wisbech. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization dedicated to providing exceptional care services for children with complex needs.
As a highly skilled care professional, you will have a strong background in managing care services, leading teams, and developing care plans that meet individual needs. Your expertise in managing complex care services, including those with mental health needs, will be essential in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care services
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet individual needs
- Collaborating with regional managers to develop specialist mental health portfolios
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines
- Providing training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
We offer a competitive salary up to £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free onsite parking, meals, and opportunities for career development and training.
