The estimated salary for this role is around £12-£18 per hour, depending on experience and location. Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Specialist. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their personal care needs, including assisting with continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
- Manage medication regimes and provide reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our clients. You will also require excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. A driving license and access to a vehicle for work are essential.
