We're seeking a highly organised and reliable Social Care Worker to join our team at Conifer Lodge in Wisbech.

This specialist service for men with a Learning Disability or who are on the Autistic Spectrum has been rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC.

As a Support Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients with daily activities
  • Helping establish routines as per their care plans
  • Ensuring clients feel safe and stable in their day-to-day care
  • Personal care tasks
  • Medication administration (if required)
  • Assisting clients with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organisational, time management, planning, and communication skills
  • A flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Self-confidence and the ability to manage challenging situations
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required for successful candidates
