Personal Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at a Barchester Healthcare care home in Wisbech. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure each resident receives personalized care and attention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised care plans and reviews.

Job Requirements
