As a Support Worker with Voyage Care Ltd, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs. Your shifts will typically be Monday-Sunday from 7:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9:30pm, plus sleep ins.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and manage competing priorities.
