Blackberry House Day Nursery are looking for a Level 3 and above Nursery Practitioner to join our Wisbech provision.

**Salary**:Minimum £10.42 - Maximum £12.00 per hour

**Hours**: Minimum 30 hours per week

**Your role within Blackberry House Day Nursery**:

- Keyworker duties
- Provide comfort and warmth to all children
- Contribute to a program of age-appropriate activities designed to stimulate the children you are working with.
- Keep an accurate record of the achievement file on your key children.
- Develop good relationships with key families through parents as partners
- Safeguarding children is your priority.
- Working as a Team
- Become a pro-active team member, offering appropriate support to your colleagues.
- Work with the Manager and your team to ensure that the Nursery’s philosophy is reflected.
- Be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities.

**Quality and Standards**
- Respect the confidentiality of information received.
- Help to make sure that the environment meets the needs of Nursery children, reflecting their cultures and religious backgrounds, and stages of development.
- Adhere and follow all Policies and Procedures.

*Your Qualifications and Experience:*

NNEB or BTEC Nat Dip or CACHE Dip in Childcare or NVQ Level 2 or 3 or SVQ
- Willingness to learn
- Previous experience of working with young children.

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
