**Job Vacancy**:Administrator & Childcare Onboarding Specialist

**Responsible to**: Company Director, Operations Director, Finance Director, Head of Early Years’ & Head Office Manager

**Salary**: Minimum £12,012.00 - Maximum £16,380.00

**Hours**:21 hours per week // 3 days per week

**Business Hours**:Monday to Friday - 07:30-18:00

**Company Closures**:Statutory Bank Holidays + one week per calendar year.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Onboarding New Families**:

- Guide new families through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our Childcare Group.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the onboarding process, from initial contact to enrolment, including paperwork, documentation, and payments.
- Provide personalised assistance to families, addressing their queries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide detailed information about our institution's programs, services, and facilities to interested families.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to effectively address inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule and conduct onsite tours for prospective families, showcasing our facilities and educational programs.
- Create a welcoming and informative atmosphere during tours, highlighting the unique features of our institution.
- Follow up with new families to collect necessary paperwork, including enrolment forms, medical records, emergency contact information, and other required documents.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand the childcare industry, identify trends, and analyse competitors' marketing strategies.
- Use market insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Create compelling content for online platforms, including website, social media channels, and blogs.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Create visually appealing and informative content to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Organise and promote events related to childcare services, such as workshops, webinars, and community outreach programs.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with the finance department to process payments, invoices, and receipts related to enrolment and other services.
- Support the team in organising events, meetings, and special projects as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12,012.00-£16,380.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 per week
