Job Title: Payroll and HR Administrator

Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per year

Job Overview:

We are a busy HR department looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing payroll, employee relations, and administrative tasks. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll, including weekly and monthly payments.
  • Administer employee benefits, including pension schemes and annual leave systems.
  • Verify timesheets and maintain accurate records.
Additional Duties:
  • Support the HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of payroll procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
