Recruitment and Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment and Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Austin Fraser in Wisbech.
About the Role:- Process weekly and monthly payroll, including verification of timesheets and payment processing using Sage 50 Payroll software.
- Administer all pension scheme processes on a weekly basis.
- Manage annual leave system continuously.
- Upload weekly rotas into time and attendance system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, application processing, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks such as filing, shredding, faxing, and scanning, adhering to data protection legislation.
- Update company handbook and policies with support from external legal professionals.
- Assist line managers with performance-related matters, including annual performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR supportive role.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience with Sage 50 Payroll is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum for this exciting opportunity.
