We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment and Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Austin Fraser in Wisbech.

About the Role:
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll, including verification of timesheets and payment processing using Sage 50 Payroll software.
  • Administer all pension scheme processes on a weekly basis.
  • Manage annual leave system continuously.
  • Upload weekly rotas into time and attendance system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, application processing, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage HR-related administrative tasks such as filing, shredding, faxing, and scanning, adhering to data protection legislation.
  • Update company handbook and policies with support from external legal professionals.
  • Assist line managers with performance-related matters, including annual performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR supportive role.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience with Sage 50 Payroll is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum for this exciting opportunity.
