Purchase Ledger and Payroll Specialist

As a key member of the team at Berry Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger and payroll processes.

Your duties will include:

  1. Processing supplier invoices and maintaining the ledger
  2. Reconciling accounts and preparing payment runs
  3. Administering monthly/weekly payroll, processing timesheets, PAYE, pensions, and other deductions
  4. Handling employee payroll queries and ensuring compliance with tax and legislation
  5. Providing general finance administration support, including year-end tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in purchase ledger and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Office
