Purchase Ledger and Payroll Specialist

As a key member of the team at Berry Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger and payroll processes.
Your duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and maintaining the ledger
- Reconciling accounts and preparing payment runs
- Administering monthly/weekly payroll, processing timesheets, PAYE, pensions, and other deductions
- Handling employee payroll queries and ensuring compliance with tax and legislation
- Providing general finance administration support, including year-end tasks
- Experience in purchase ledger and payroll processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Office
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
