Projects Administrator

Floorspan Contracts is a specialist designer, manufacturer, and installer of pre-cast concrete flooring components.
Due to ongoing expansion, we require an experienced **Projects Administrator **to join our passionate, dynamic team in Wisbech.
This job description describes the general duties of the job and does not preclude other duties which are necessary for the efficient service delivery of the business and in meeting its objectives. This role is a varied, multi-tasking position.
**Your role will be to**:
- Provide excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Be the point of contact for all enquiries both internally and externally regarding projects received by Floorspan.
- Be the link between customers and Floorspan with all queries related to quotes, orders, installations, and transportation.
- Process all project enquiries received, produce quotes and process Orders.
- Work with all departments at Floorspan to resolve Customer issues in relation to their quotes, orders, installations, and transportation.
- Develop good working relationships with all departments in Floorspan.
- Use initiative to resolve unexpected situations and requirements.
**Key Skills and Attributes**:
- Excellent Planning & Organisational skills & able to respond to new work pressures and changes in project variables.
- Concentration and attention to detail is of the uppermost importance, with Customer Care being at the heart of everything you do.
- A strong Commercial awareness would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to work under pressure.
- This is a very important role within our Team, being a team player who enjoys working in a close environment is essential.
- Calm “Can Do” attitude, able to work under pressure in a busy office environment and against frequently changing demands and priorities.
- Previous experience in an administration/customer service role is essential.
**The Package**:
- Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Permanent Full-Time role after successful completion of 6 month probation period and satisfactory references received.
