Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at a leading care home in Wisbech. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive personalized attention and dignity.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting residents with daily living activities, assisting with personal care, and promoting independence. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Empathy and compassion when interacting with residents and their families
