We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our care home.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide support and guidance on medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. Your ability to respect the dignity and preferences of our residents will be essential in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
