As a Care Assistant, you will join a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities or autism spectrum conditions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans
- Providing emotional support and advocacy to service users and their families
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Health and Social Care (desired)
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
