Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Leader Recruitment Group as a Residential Care Worker with autism experience. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with children and young people, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
* Provide emotional, physical, and therapeutic support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years of experience in a children's residential care setting or similar.
* Full UK driving license.
* Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends.
* Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
* Ongoing professional development and training.
* Supportive team environment focused on delivering the highest standards of care.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
