Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Autism Experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Care Worker. In this role, you will provide emotional, physical, and therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with children in daily activities, helping to develop life skills, personal care, and social interactions.
* Manage challenging behaviours and de-escalate situations using therapeutic techniques.
* Work as part of a team to create a nurturing environment, adhering to care plans and regulatory requirements.
* Provide experience working with children with emotional, behavioural, or special educational needs.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years of experience in a children's residential care setting or similar.
* Full UK driving license.
* Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends.
* Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
* Ongoing professional development and training.
* Supportive team environment focused on delivering the highest standards of care.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
