Company Overview
We're City & County Healthcare Group, the largest care company in the UK. We're transforming the care industry by working smarter and driving positive change. Our people are at the heart of our success, with a world of career opportunity, choice, and security.

As a leading provider of home care services, we offer a range of roles that support individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. We see extraordinary achievements happen every day thanks to the talent and commitment of our people. If you share our passion for delivering exceptional care, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life. You'll work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Our Care Assistants are the backbone of our business, providing essential support with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You'll also assist with household chores, meal preparation, and social activities to help our clients stay engaged and connected with their community.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently as part of a close-knit team. If you have a caring nature, are resilient, and willing to learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Get

We're committed to supporting our staff in their personal and professional development. As a Care Assistant, you'll benefit from:
  • Paid training and shadowing to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role
  • A comprehensive induction program that covers everything you need to know about our organization, policies, and procedures
  • Ongoing support and supervision from experienced colleagues and managers
  • The opportunity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to suit your lifestyle and availability
  • A competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (Monday-Friday) and £12.00 per hour (Saturday-Sunday), plus mileage reimbursement

We believe in recognizing and rewarding our staff for their hard work and dedication. As a Care Assistant, you'll be eligible for our refer-a-friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and benefits and well-being platform.

We don't require any prior experience in social care, but we do need someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively with vulnerable adults. If you have a caring nature and are willing to learn and develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
