About the Role:
  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Your expertise and experience will enable you to make safe clinical decisions, administer medication, and monitor the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centered care that promotes independence, choice, and dignity.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding care outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
