At Barchester Healthcare, we're seeking an experienced Senior Care Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to residents. As a Senior Care Professional, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring that residents receive individualised care and respect their dignity and preferences.
Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and a warm and compassionate approach to care. We offer ongoing training opportunities to develop your career and take pride in growing our employees' skills and expertise.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience. You can also look forward to flexible working hours and free learning and development opportunities.
