About the Role

The Care Home Senior Care Supervisor will oversee and motivate a team of dedicated care assistants, ensuring exceptional quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills to deliver person-centered care and support.

As a senior care assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring your team, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will also contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers true flexibility, with varying hours and days based on the need for cover due to annual leave or sick leave.

Requirements: To join us as a Care Home Senior Care Supervisor, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to giving each resident individualized care and support.
