Care Specialist

Voyage Care Ltd is committed to providing high-quality care services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering these services.
The estimated salary for this position is £11.78 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour, as well as premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
As a Support Worker with Voyage Care Ltd, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with varying needs. Your typical shifts will be Monday-Sunday from 7:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9:30pm, plus sleep ins.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
