About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Support Worker to join our team at one of our residential children's homes in Wisbech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to our residents, including organizing activities, attending parental appointments, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing individualized support and care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and emotional support
  • Organizing and facilitating social activities, both within and outside of school hours
  • Maintaining the home, including laundry, cleaning, and shopping
  • Attending and participating in team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
