As a leading provider of children's services, Aspris is committed to providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable youth. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Care and Support Manager to join our team in Wisbech.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and caring for our young people with emotional and behavioural needs. This will involve working closely with our staff team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and care for young people with emotional and behavioural needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the staff team
- Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programs
- Manage shift patterns on a rota basis
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- Experience working with vulnerable youth
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
