Support Worker Opportunity

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Field View Care Recruitment Solutions. Our Children's Home in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, provides a safe and supportive environment for young people with emotional and behavioral disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young adults with EBD and challenging behaviors.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Full-time position with flexible working hours, including shifts and sleep-ins.
* A full UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS check and ability to work with vulnerable individuals.
* Experience working with children and young adults with EBD and challenging behaviors.

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 (increasing to £15 after probation and £16 after 2 years' service).
* £65 sleep-in payments and 42-hour weeks.
* Full induction and introductory program, fully funded training, and qualifications.
* Enhanced pay scales recognizing qualifications and experience.
* 28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays, and double time for bank holiday working.
