Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role:
  • Support young people between the ages of 5-18 with EBD in a residential setting.
  • Encourage independence, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, parents, and other professionals.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or within healthcare/social care is desirable.
  • Full UK manual driver's licence is required.
  • Ability to commute to Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
