We are looking for a Youth Community Liaison Officer to join our team at Grafham Water Center. In this role, you will work with children and young people with disabilities, supporting them to develop their skills and confidence. You will also work with families and other stakeholders to ensure that our services meet their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Diploma (or NVQ) at Level 2 in a Childcare related subject or equivalent experience is essential. Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
