About the JobCareTech - Childrens Services East is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people. As a Youth Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored care plans
- Participate in daily activities, outings, and events, promoting social skills and relationships
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. While previous experience in the sector is desirable, we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
