Care Support Specialist

FitzRoy is a national charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs for over 60 years. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team providing care and support to enable individuals to enjoy life and participate in their communities.
The vacancy is based at our Supported Living bungalow in Emneth, where we provide care and support to three lady residents with complex needs. You will work closely with the residents to identify and achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives. Your role will involve providing individualised care and support, including personal care, daily living activities, and community participation.
We are seeking an exceptional Care Support Specialist to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have a full driving licence and be willing to drive FitzRoy vehicles. A clean DBS check is required. We offer a competitive salary package, including £11.85 per hour plus a 10% enhancement for weekend working. You will also benefit from free membership of our Health Cash Back Scheme, paid DBS checks, and loyalty awards.
