Support Worker for Children's Residential Care

About the Job:
As a Support Worker with CareTech - Childrens Services East, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.
We are looking for compassionate and flexible individuals who can work on a rota basis, including sleep-ins, to provide 24-hour care and support. You will be responsible for meeting the needs of our residents, which may include organizing activities, maintaining the home, and attending team meetings.
Requirements:
* No experience necessary; full training and support provided
* Ability to work on a rota basis, including sleep-ins
* Flexible and adaptable approach
