We are the Cambian Group, one of the largest independent providers of care and education for children and young people.



An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children's homes for support workers. We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives.

We offer a salary of £24,793.60 (£11.92 per hour) - £26,083 (£12.54 per hour after qualified) plus £2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month) and 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum.



We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the ability to show unconditional positive regard, who can create a family environment for our children and young people.
