As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Helping students develop social skills and emotional regulation techniques
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEN or mental health challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of child development and special educational needs
