Are you passionate about supporting young people with mental health challenges to overcome barriers to learning?

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at I C Talent.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, offering a stable and rewarding career path in education.

In this role, you will be working with vulnerable children in a school environment, helping them to achieve calm and regulated moods to access their learning and development.

You will assist students with self-regulation activities and techniques, as well as providing support with personal care when needed.

A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum reflects your importance in this role.

We require a strong understanding of safeguarding processes within schools and the ability to put them into action if required.
