Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at a Barchester Healthcare care home in Wisbech. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure each resident receives personalized care and attention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised care plans and reviews.
