Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Support Worker to join our vibrant team, supporting two gentlemen in their own home in Wisbech. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships. Your warmth, empathy, and enthusiasm will make a significant difference in the lives of those we support.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this rewarding role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a genuine interest in getting to know the people we support. A strong emphasis is placed on building trust and rapport, enabling us to provide tailored support that meets the unique needs of each individual.
