Job Description
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant with I C Talent Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students in a classroom setting to ensure they reach their full potential
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, teachers, and other professionals
- Providing tailored support to help students overcome barriers to learning
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Requirements
