About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in Harrow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of estate agents, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance, marketing strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Coach and develop the skills of your team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.
