Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our estate agency team, delivering exceptional service to clients and vendors alike. As a Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving team performance and business growth, taking ownership of daily operations, and ensuring targets are met while building strong relationships with both buyers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily meetings and coach the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual performance, including regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Manage viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize sales
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Drive business growth by staying ahead of local competition

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (manual)
  • At least 2 years' experience at Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer level
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Sound understanding of Estate Agency legislation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail
