About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of estate agents, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales targets, customer feedback, and team performance.
  • Coach and develop the skills of your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
