Daily Responsibilities of a Branch Operations Manager

  • Leading daily briefings with the Estate Agency team
  • Coaching team members to meet performance targets
  • Evaluating and monitoring individual team member performance, including conducting one-on-one meetings
  • Fostering team development and career progression
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Coordinating property viewings based on client needs
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing sales
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and maintaining a risk-averse business environment

Key Qualifications for a Branch Operations Manager

  • Full UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles
  • At least 2 years of experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator level, Property Valuer, or higher
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to create a positive team atmosphere
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Capability to develop and implement business plans relevant to your branch
  • Ability to analyze and assess local competitor performance
  • Comprehensive understanding of current Estate Agency legislation
  • Proficient in managing time-sensitive and high-volume tasks
  • Reputation for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Strong IT proficiency (Basic Microsoft Office applications)
  • Attention to detail

Additional Information

We are currently conducting interviews using video software. To be eligible to continue in our recruitment process, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
