Residential Childcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires 38 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adolescents in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to adolescents with complex needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
