Job Purpose

As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will be based in a children's residential home working with young people with challenging behaviour. You will need to be flexible, resilient, honest, and well-organized, as well as committed to providing a high standard of childcare to help young people achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Full manual driving license
  • Ability to work on their own initiative to a high level of accuracy

  • Previous experience of working with young people (desirable)
