About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources Ltd. As a key member of our residential homes, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with young people to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and progress
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Full manual driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic nature and ability to build strong relationships with young people
  • Previous experience working with young people (desirable)
