Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources. As a key member of our residential adolescent care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to adolescents in our residential setting, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in adolescent care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field.
