Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the lives of adolescents, providing guidance, support, and structure to help them navigate their challenges and develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and supervision to young people residing in our homes.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being and personal growth.
